TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are glad to be part of your special day. Please note that all bookings are valid through payment. We unfortunately do not accept orders without a full payment. Note that if you are to cancel your event, we are not able to refund you.

 

Because each order is unique with it's raw materials purchased. We work our best to give you an exceptional experience, match your expectations and more, but please also note that if for some reason the product you have received isn’t up to your taste (personal opinion) or affected with your handling or your service arrangements we are also unable to refund you.

Please note that we do not take responsibility for the food after you have picked it up or after we have delivered it to you. If any “inconvenience/ problem” is detected, it must be said at the moment of  delivery (spec, Hygene and tempreature all checked from our hands to yours), after that it's beyond our control to handle properly, and we will not be liable for how it is served in your event.
